What AI workflows do for your brand

Most brands use AI in scattered moments today — ChatGPT for a LinkedIn post, Midjourney for a mood board, maybe a few plugins in the existing toolchain. It saves an hour here and there, but it's not a system. If you take AI seriously, you want something else: AI workflows that understand your brand line, run inside your tools, and that your team can operate without a PhD in models.

I build AI setups that fit the brand. Concretely: an agent team with clear roles (copywriter, research, QA, designer), a central memory system that stores your brand language and decisions, and skills/workflows for each recurring task (email drafts, content briefs, audits, social posts). All built on Claude as the model base, in the terminal or as a Mac app, persistent across sessions. Output that sounds like your brand — not like a model default.

Your team produces emails, briefs, content drafts and strategy audits much faster — but because the system knows your brand language, they don't sound generic. You save time you can put into strategy and substance. And when a new model arrives, your brand logic stays — the skills move with it.

How I approach AI workflows

01 — Diagnosis · AI readiness audit. I assess where AI realistically delivers impact in your company today and where it creates effort without return. A concrete evaluation with use cases, outcome estimates and risks (data protection, hallucinations, brand consistency).

02 — Setup · AI strategy workshop. A half-day workshop on site with you. Team and decision-makers in one room. We define use cases with a clear outcome, clarify data protection questions and design the setup that fits your brand and your pace.

03 — Build · Implementation. We build your AI setup: Claude Code installed on the Macs, company-specific skills (what your business actually needs, not generic templates), an agent team with clear roles and memory. Including team onboarding so you run it yourself after handover.

04 — Support · Retainer. Monthly support for ongoing optimization. Building new skills, improving existing ones, troubleshooting when models change. Your AI setup grows with your company, without you having to worry about technical maintenance.

For recurring tasks involving brand language, clearly yes. Email drafts, content briefs, social posts, first wireframe versions — all tasks where 80% is generic and 20% is brand-specific. A good AI setup handles the 80% and lets your team work on the 20% that genuinely needs substance. For highly bespoke tasks (strategy drafts, the concept phase), AI is a tool, not a replacement.

It depends on the task. Recurring email drafts (outreach, follow-ups, reminders): often considerably faster. Content briefs and outlines: noticeably faster. Research and data synthesis: massively faster. First design concepts: faster, but with more iteration. Important: AI saves time on typing, not on thinking. Strategy work doesn't get faster — that still comes out of your own head.

At minimum the person who'll use the setup day to day, plus a decision-maker for the data protection and tooling questions. For larger setups, also IT (for installation and permissions) and marketing (for defining the brand language). Onboarding is part of the implementation package — after handover the team should be able to work on its own.

Your skills, memory and workflows move with you. I build the setup so it isn't tied to any one model — Claude, GPT and local models are interchangeable. When a new model arrives, the inference changes, but not the brand structure underneath. That's the decisive difference from “ChatGPT for everything” — a brand layer outlives model generations.
