Withdraw from a purchase in the shop here — no reason needed and no login. The acknowledgement of receipt arrives by email straight away.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract. For digital content (downloads, license keys), the right of withdrawal can lapse once I have started providing the content and you expressly agreed to this at checkout. You can still submit your withdrawal. I confirm receipt immediately and review every case individually.
