The Personal license is intended for private, non-commercial use: personal experiments, portfolio pieces, and other non-commercial projects.
Allowed:
Private and personal non-commercial projects.
Your personal portfolio, as long as no client work is involved.
Not allowed:
Client projects, paid advertising, or commercial use.
Distribution, resale, or use as part of your own asset products.
Choose Personal when no client, no contract, and no commercial purpose is involved.
Commercial
For client projects and smaller companies
The Commercial license is the right choice when you use the product in client work, paid projects, or commercial deliverables.
Allowed:
Client projects and commercial deliverables.
Solo freelancers and companies with up to ten employees.
End clients with up to ten employees.
Websites, social content, online videos, and paid-ads campaigns up to €50,000 net media budget.
Not allowed:
TV, cinema, or streaming advertising.
Software integration.
Enterprise clients, larger teams, or very large campaigns.
Choose Commercial when you work professionally but no enterprise, large client, or very large campaign is involved.
Extended
For companies, campaigns, and software
The Extended license covers larger commercial uses. It's required when teams, reach, or technical integration exceed the limits of the Commercial license.
Allowed:
Companies and end clients of any size.
All employees within the purchasing legal entity.
TV, cinema, and streaming advertising.
Paid-ads campaigns over €50,000 net media budget.
Print runs over 50,000 copies.
Integration into apps, SaaS products, and software products.
Choose Extended as soon as an enterprise client, a larger team, broad reach, or software integration is involved.
For yourself
Applies to all licenses — you purchase usage rights, not ownership of the digital product.
Not allowed:
Raw files may not be resold, publicly shared, or offered as your own product.
Use as training material for AI models or comparable datasets is not allowed.
