Ofen Gschwend

Master stove-building, for over a century

The brief

For more than a hundred years, Ofen Gschwend has built tiled stoves, heating fireplaces and masonry heaters — in the Allgäu, across generations, by hand. None of that showed in their digital presence. Otto and Valentin Gschwend needed a presence that made the craft as present as the stoves themselves: tradition and modern engineering in one image, without either drowning out the other.

The approach

Everything from a single source: logo and brand, the complete website, photography of the team and the stoves, plus a fire-driven visual world on video. Fire runs as a leitmotif through every page — dark surfaces, a flame in motion, orange as the one colour that warms. At the heart of the project sits the interactive stove configurator: installation type, building type, firebox, features, material — step by step to your own stove, with live cost display.

The result

A presence that delivers on the promise of "tradition meets innovation" rather than merely claiming it. The configurator turns a visitor into a prospect with a specific stove in mind — and hands the stove-builder a qualified enquiry instead of an empty contact email.
